Zagreus Tiara Sauvignon Blanc is a dry white wine from the Thracian Valley, made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. These are destemmed and crushed before the grape juice is given 12 hours of skin contact and then separated from the skins and fermented at 15-16°C.

Tasting Notes:
Zagreus Tiara Sauvignon Blanc has a pale straw yellow color with light greenish reflections combined with a juicy nose of sweet citrus, pineapple and pear. The body is medium-bodied with soft freshness and an attractive fruit finish of ripe tropical fruits in the aftertaste. This wine pairs well with fish, poultry and fresh salads.
