Product description

This lovely Sauvignon Blanc is reminiscent of exotic fruits such as pineapple, mango and kumquat. Aging in stainless steel tanks gives this Sauvignon Blanc from Bulgariana a smooth acidity on the palate and a very long aftertaste.

Cultivation: the Sauvignon Blanc vines were planted around 2004 with a planting density of about 5000 vines per hectare. The winery follows the traditional method of Piedmontese viticulture, adapting the technology to the particularities of the region.

Harvest: the grapes are harvested by hand and transported carefully in wine baskets

Intense yellow color with green reflections. Fresh, fruity citrus aroma with ripe pineapple on the nose.  Soft and smooth with fresh acidity and a balanced finish.
