JoSi Ltd. Dairy Factory

Josi Ltd. was founded in 1995 and was the first private dairy in Bulgaria producing processed and smoked cheese. The cheese dairy is located in the village of Chernolik in the municipality of Dulovo in north-east Bulgaria.

The production facilities of the private dairy JoSi process sheep, goat, buffalo and cow milk from selected farms in the region of North-East Bulgaria, one of the most ecological areas of the country.
The cheese dairy JoSi Ltd. produces products from 100% milk without the addition of vegetable fats and additives that are harmful to health.

The product range of the dairy JoSi Ltd. starts with original Bulgarian sheep's cheese "Sirene", goes to different Kashkawal, Kashkaval or also Kackavalj sorts up to the original firm Bulgarian yoghurt with its Lactobacillus Bulgaricus, the so-called original yoghurt.

The JoSi dairy is a pioneer among Bulgarian cheese producers in the successful production of local gourmet cheese. Gourmet products such as buffalo mozzarella, smoked buffalo cheese, halloumi cheese, buffalo white cheese and fresh goat cheese are only a small excerpt from the gourmet range and all this without the addition of vegetable fats and additives, only 100% milk and you can taste it.
