Since 1993, the Bulgarian company Inikom LTD has been the good address for quality milk products with its headquarters in Stara Zagora. The company owns two plants, one farm in the village of Sarnevo for the production of cheese and curd and another farm in Galabovo, a town in the Stara Zagora district - for the production of yogurt. In 1994 the farm in Sarnevo was completely taken over and bought by Kukeri Dairy.

Kukeri Dairy is located in the Stara Zagora area, a region in Bulgaria known for its dairy products. Here in the Upper Thracian Plain, the cows find the best grass and produce excellent milk. The Kukeri Dairy is proud of its naturally produced dairy products, which are made according to old traditions and modern standards. Kukeri milk products with the brand "Mummers" are among the most popular dairy products in Stara Zagora, Plovdiv, Gabrovo, Haskovo, Dimitrovgrad, Harmanli, Svilengrad, Burgas, Kazanlak, Yambol and in the whole south-east and central Bulgaria.

In 2003 the Inikom LTD company reached a new level, the Mummers brand was patented and thus distinguished from other dairy products.

The staff can rely on an exceptionally good education. About 30 percent of the total workforce is made up of local people. This also explains the company's attachment to the homeland. Most materials and raw materials come from the region. This is why the products are so reliably produced in their natural state that they could also be described as organic products. On 18.6.2009 Kukeri Dairy underwent a major audit, and as a result of a national inspection the company was categorized with the highest level - I class. All the equipment of the dairy farms owned by Inikom Ltd. complies with the bodies of RFSDs and meets all the requirements of the state regulations according to the latest EU requirements. The result is impressive. With the very good result the dairy has also an excellent international reputation. The raw cow milk may be exported to various countries and is the basis for many dairy products at home and abroad. The products of Kukeri Dairy may be exported and now enjoy great popularity and demand abroad.
