Olineza Premium Ltd. is a young but the fastest growing company in Bulgaria. The name comes from the first two products manufactured - oil and mayonnaise. Since its foundation in 1994 until today the company stands for values and principles and guaranteed quality and diversity in the company. Olineza produces environmentally friendly products that meet the requirements for environmentally friendly food. Currently, the following products are produced under the Olineza brand: fine groats and chutneys, various types of mayonnaise and sauces, ketchups, jams, various types of canned food, mustard, mayonnaise and salad sauces, and bottled sunflower oil. The company employs and maintains highly qualified and well-trained staff and production facilities. Production, warehouse and offices are located on an area of 20 hectares in the town of Kostinbrod, 8 km from Sofia. Olineza is a unique brand based on a combination of impeccable quality, customer service, creativity and commitment to environmental protection.

The History of Olineza

1994 - Company founded with a plant and production for the production of mayonnaise and food oil.

1995 - One year later, establishment of a production line for mustard.
1997 - Followed by the construction of a production unit for chutney, ketchup and jam.

2004 - New investments in an own warehouse for raw materials with cold storage and own laboratory.

2006 - Olineza built a modern warehouse for finished products.
2009 - Introduced Olineza to the international food standards IFS.

Environmental protection is one of the company's priorities. Olinesa has reduced the amount of industrial waste and takes care of its recycling. The environmental officer is responsible for monitoring and constantly minimizing the amount of waste in each plant.

In 2002, Olinesa's "Eight" environmental management system was able to improve the company's environmental performance.

Olinesa is certified

The management of Olinesa pays great attention to the quality and safety of its products. Since 2002, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Storage Practices (GSP) have been developed and implemented, and by the end of 2004 these had evolved into an HACCP system for safety management.
