The distillery, as one of the first in the country, has contributed significantly to the development of the entire Bulgarian alcohol industry, as various experiments and projects have been carried out here to improve the production process and quality of Bulgarian spirits.

The vineyards are located in three important micro-regions - Khan Krum, Novi Pazar and Veliki Preslav. Terroara prefers a perfect variety here. This is an exceptionally suitable area for growing white grapes. The relief is hilly with an elevation of 200-280 m above sea level, with brown forest soils and carbonated black earth predominant. They are well aerated and warm, slightly granular soils (especially in the higher micro-regions) and have a pH of 6 to 6.5.

The average temperature during the growing season is 3600-3700°C, which, combined with a long and warm autumn, results in a sufficient accumulation of sugars with a high titratable acidity and a pH of 3.0-3.2. The annual rainfall is about 650 dm3 / m2. This leads to a good physiological moisture of the tissues. The following grape varieties are cultivated: Traminer, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Blanc, Merlot and others.

The cellar has a complete micro-vinification system, thanks to which red, white and rosé wines of the highest quality are produced. The maturation of selected wine batches is carried out exclusively in barricades of French oak, which contributes to the unique character of the wines.

Ruby Series - Traditions combined with modern oenological practices and utmost attention to each stage of winemaking.
The series includes 100% Chardonnay Barricade, powerful Red Blend, exclusive Pinot Noir, premium Sauvignon Blanc and impressive with the Finesse Rose.

Novi Pazar Series - Thanks to the unique terrier of Novi Pazar, three impressive white wines have been created: Chardonnay, Riesling and Pinot Gris.
It is a combination of strong variety and interesting terrain influence.

Traminer from Khan Krum and Chardonnay from Preslav - absolute classic in the category of Bulgarian white wines. Guaranteed quality, style and variety.

The brandy is produced only from the best distillates, of the highest quality, and has a perfect harmony of taste, balance of aromas and a lingering aftertaste, which is a real pleasure.

Pliska brandy
Tradition since 1966, a brandy made with classic technology and aged in oak barrels. Attractive amber color, vanilla and honey aromas. The warm and structured taste and character make Brandy Pliska one of the most popular Bulgarian spirits.

Brandy Pliska VSOP
Pliska VSOP brandy is a spirit drink produced after careful selection and blending of wine distillates matured in small oak barrels over 7 years. A delicate blend of woody tones interwoven with vanilla tones and a hint of cinnamon. Subtle, delicate and harmonious aroma.

Brandy Preslav
Preslaw brandy is distilled after an average of 7 years of aging in small oak barrels. It has an attractive mahogany color, an elegant and inimitable vanilla nose and a balanced taste.

Brandy Pliska XO
Pliska Reserve 1300 brandy is produced after precise mixing of specially selected lots of brandy, baked in conical pots of the "Alambic" type and matured for 15 years in small oak barrels. As a result of the long aging process, the drink develops an aroma complex with hardly visible traces of honey.

Ruby
The company is proud to present the Rubikite series Rubyat - traditional style, high quality wine distillate, class and nobility in taste.

This is a special grape brandy Rubay, produced from the Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc varieties. 15 years old Rakiya, apricot brandy, 14 years in small oak barrels and hot ruby, with attractive red pepper and herbs from honey and herbs.
