VP Brands International JSC donates BGN 300,000 for ventilators

In these difficult days for all Bulgarians, the manufacturer VP Brands International AD - the successor of Vinprom Peshtera AD - declares its strong support for the actions of the National Health Authorities to address the epidemiological crisis caused by the spread of COVID-19.

As a nationally responsible company and in solidarity, the company will support the efforts of doctors and health professionals working to protect the health of Bulgarian citizens. To this end, VP Brands International AD shareholders will donate BGN 300,000 in the form of respirators for the most vulnerable hospitals, as well as respirators and protective clothing for medical professionals. The purchase of respirators will be made in agreement with the National Operations Center, as they are most needed at this time. The life-saving equipment will help the nation's busiest hospitals respond to the urgent need for respiratory protection and prevention for those affected by the COVID-19 virus.

VP Brands International will continue to fulfill its commitment to Bulgarian citizens and organizations to manage the COVID-19 pandemic. VP Brands International, owner of the Essentica alcohol plant, will continue to operate at full capacity and around the clock to guarantee production for the manufacture of disinfectants primarily for the Bulgarian market.
