General customer information

After you have selected your goods in our online shop and placed them in the shopping basket by clicking on "Order", you can create a customer account with your personal data after clicking on "Continue to checkout" and then select the delivery address and the payment method.

You can recognize and correct incorrect entries using the usual browser functions - lastly in the order confirmation window, where all the details of your order are displayed again.

Only by clicking on the button "Order subject to payment" you declare bindingly that you wish to purchase the goods contained in the shopping basket.

Immediately afterwards you will receive an e-mail from us confirming the receipt of your order - not yet the acceptance of the order. With this mail you will also receive the data of your order again, which are also stored in the shop and available to you, if you have created a customer account when placing your order. Beyond that we do not store the contract text.

We will either accept your order within 7 days of receipt by e-mail or by delivering the goods or reject it by e-mail.

We will deliver at the latest within 7 days after order confirmation (in case of agreed advance payment according to your payment instructions).

The German language is available for the conclusion of the contract.

We do not sell or deliver alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age.

There is a legal right of liability for defects of the goods, according to which we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years after delivery of the goods. You may have other rights under national law.
