Primarily we sell the products offered in our online store, but please do not hesitate to ask us if you miss a certain product from your vacation, study time or from acquaintances. Through our contacts, we are quite able to find and sell products not included in our assortment.
Since your Bulgaria Online Shop is specialized in selling exquisite products from Bulgaria, there may be longer delivery times in some cases. Furthermore, we order every week fresh MHD goods. Some goods we have for fresh reasons only in small quantities in stock and these we request if necessary when ordering from Bulgaria. Until these then transfer time and customs behind have brought, a certain time can pass.
Yes, however, you must select the shipping method DHL, because UPS does not deliver to Packstations.
Currently we supply private customers worldwide.
We deliver to business customers with a valid VAT ID in all EU countries. You can find an overview of the shipping options here.
PayPal
When paying via PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the order process. At PayPal you can either log in to your PayPal account, create a new PayPal account or pay as a PayPal guest. In all cases, the PayPal account will only be debited when we ship the items to you.
Sofortüberweisung
Sofortüberweisung is a TÜV-certified online payment system. When paying by Sofortüberweisung, you will be redirected to the Sofortüberweisung page at the end of the order process. Please follow the steps indicated there to complete the secure payment.
Please have the PIN and TAN of your bank ready for the payment process.
Prepayment
If you pay in advance, your order will be shipped as soon as we have received your payment. Directly after the order you will receive an e-mail with information about the transfer. Please make sure to include your order number in the reason for payment.
Depending on the bank, it may take one to four business days until your payment is credited to our account. Your ordered goods are reserved for you until we receive your payment.
Cash on delivery
With the payment option cash on delivery you pay the order directly to the parcel carrier.
Please note that there are additional costs for cash on delivery payments.
Self-collection
With the self-collection option, you can conveniently pick up your order at our location. You then have the option to pay your order in cash.

After a personal individual appointment by phone or eMail, you are welcome to pick up your order and more personally with us. If you pick up in person, you can only pay in cash.
If an item is declared as "sold out" by us, it means that we can no longer obtain this item through our distribution channels. Therefore, we no longer have the possibility to offer the product.

The revocation period begins on the day of delivery of the order to the recipient.
If you have declared the revocation, you have 14 days to return the goods.
If you return some of the merchandise with a quantity discount, the retailer is allowed to retroactively add the quantity discount given to the price of the other items.
The 14-day rule applies here: As with the cancellation and return period, the seller has 14 days after receipt of the returned goods to refund the costs. Refunds are made via the payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.
The revocation must always be declared in writing. The easiest way is to use the sample withdrawal form (download here: http://www.rp-online-kaufen.de/muster-widerrufsformular.pdf) send it via e-mail and attach a copy of the shipment.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us via email. If your package was shipped by UPS or DHL, you will also find the tracking link in this email. Just click on the link and follow the steps described. If you have a Bulgaria-Shop.de customer account, you can also find the tracking link in the order overview of your customer account.
In order to avoid abuse, the bearing of costs in the event of a revocation is clearly regulated by law. According to § 357 para. 6 BGB it is written that the direct costs of the revocation (the return costs) are to be borne by the consumer. The value of the ordered goods is no longer relevant.
First of all, sorry for the mishap. Is there a wrong item in your delivery or does the item differ from the item description? Is there a different item on your delivery bill or invoice than the one you received? Then please inform us via our contact page. Please also let us know the nature of the discrepancy.
