Grape variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes:
Wine with beautiful and saturated red color with rich structure. Fresh aroma of blue plums and black cherries, interlaced with delicate oak. Dense and harmonious taste, gently spicy. Long and engaging finish. Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with red meats and soft cheeses.

Climate and Soil:
Moderate continental climate with several sunny days a year. The climate, the relief and the soil mannig offer very good opportunities for viticulture and winemaking, especially suitable for growing red grapes.

Vinification:
The grapes come from our own vines. Cold maceration of the grape pulp for 4 days at a temperature of 12-14 C. After maceration heating to 24 C and cultivation of pure culture wine yeast. Fermentation under temperature control and control of relative density. Lactofermentation at 18-20 C. Aging in French and American wine barrels 225 l from 3 to 6 months. Levelling, stabilization and storage.
