Product description

Make Bulgarian yogurt yourself! Yogurt Starter Kit (frozen yogurt).

This is the same authentic Bulgarian yogurt only with the addition of oil extract from the famous Bulgarian Rose Damascena. It makes real Bulgarian yogurt (kiselo mlyako) of exceptional quality with classic Bulgarian yogurt taste, thickness, acidity and aroma with just a hint of rose flavor.

The yogurt is completely natural and without preservatives, artificial colors or flavors.

Preparation:
Boil milk and then let it cool to 45 degrees Celsius. Now add the cultures and stir this in slowly for 2 minutes. Cover the pot with a towel and let the mixture rest for 6-8 hours. After that, the yogurt is ready.

Contents:
2g of freeze-dried yogurt cultures with Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus.
