Burgozone Iris Creation Red is characterized by selectively hand picked and manually inspected harvest on a sorting table. This cuvee captivates with the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Marselan and Syrah which are grown on own vineyards around the town of Oryahovo in northwest Bulgaria. In terms of vinification, maceration and fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks and aging in French oak barrels for 12-15 months. When this cuvee is then allowed to present itself in the glass, it shows a garnet red color with light brick nuances and a violet sheen.

The aroma is intense and balanced at the same time with flavors of black currant, blackberry, caramel, garnished with sweet spices (cinnamon, cloves) and delicate vanilla in the finish. Mild flavor, harmonious body with very good length and volume. Excellent fruit with ripe red fruits of blackberry, blueberry and cherry. Long aftertaste with notes of caramel, vanilla, smoke and fermented tobacco.

This cuvee of Cabernet Sauvignon, Marselan and Syrah literally screams food like roasted meats, porcini mushrooms, duck with peaches and dinner with pecorino cheese.
