For Domaine Boyar's Elements Wind Chardonnay, which has won many awards and points, the best Chardonnay grapes were harvested for Selection between 11-13 September from a selected vineyard. In the glass presents a wonderfully animating fresh wine with a bright green-yellow color.

The perfect ripeness of the vintage gives the wine a rich aromatic palette of ripe yellow fruits, mirabelle, peach, a touch of vanilla and white chocolate. The taste is convincing with very good structure and harmony and has a versatile soft breath of butter, pear and fruit custard.

Despite the maturity, the Selection convinces with a juicy finish and long-lasting, impressive aftertaste with sensual barrique maturity. Perfect with vegetarian food, spicy Asian cuisine, pasta, pizza, salmon, sea trout, oysters, crab, pork, game birds and selected cheeses.
