Cabernet Franc (Single Vineyard)

Tasting Notes:
Dense, beautiful dark ruby color with light purple hues. Racy, elegant nose with hints of green pepper, black currant, blueberry and cocoa. Lively, full-bodied with firm structure, velvety tannins and a long finish of mint, chocolate and blueberry.
Zitara Cabernet Franc can be enjoyed now, but there is also good aging potential.

Food Pairing:
Pairs very well with game, lamb, strong tasting poultry and with cheese.
