Tasting Notes:
Impenetrable, saturated garnet red color. Intense, intriguing nose with aromas of strawberry and clove, moss, earthy and smoky tones characteristic of the variety. Rich and lively body with good structure, soft tannins and elegant sweet finish reminiscent of chocolate and rum cherry.

Food Pairing:
Goes very well with game such as deer, roe deer, pheasant hare, poultry, beef, lamb,
ripe yellow cheese or fresh sheep cheese but also as a unique solo pleasure.
