Grape Variety:
Mourvedre (Single Vineyard).

Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet red. Very interesting nose that reveals ripe black fruits, sweet spices, eucalyptus in chocolate. Rich and also very fine body with good structure that leaves traces of mint, blackberry, tobacco and tomato leaf. Velvety tannins and a long finish that is unforgettable in the aftertaste.
The wine is nice to drink now, but it has the potential to age.

Food Pairing:
Pairs very well with Mediterranean cuisine or.
Game in all its heavy varieties as well as heavy stews are good choices.
