The grapes and vineyards
Logodaj selected a plot with the ideal characteristics in terms of exposure and composition of the soil for the production of Pinot Noir. The grapes were harvested by hand into small picking bins and sorted again before fermentation in the winery.

The vinification
The grapes are macerated for three days with skin contact, followed by fermentation. Another five days of maceration follow before pressing. Only the first pressing is included in the final wine. Alcohol and malolactic fermentation pass into stainless steel tanks.

The wine
A beautiful ruby color in the glass, this Pinot Noir opens with bright red fruit aromas of strawberry and cherry. An acidity typical of Pinot Noir refreshes the palate, even as the medium-bodied wine has a richness that will appeal to even the heaviest red wine lover. Pairs well with traditional and Pinot-friendly foods such as lamb and grilled salmon.
