Pliska Coffee liqueur is produced in a traditional, particularly elaborate process. The maturation takes place in special transport barrels made of Strandzha oak. The distillates from the Dimyat and Ugni Blanc grape varieties are stored in the oak barrels for five years. Since the Ugni Blanc grape variety is widely grown in the French region of Cognac, it is one of the traditional vines for the production of high-quality brandy of the finest quality. The combination of Ugni Blanc and Dimyat produces a special brandy with exquisite taste and complex bouquet. Aging in oak gives the liqueur delicious nuances of delicate vanilla and delicate spicy notes. After aging in the transport barrels, the liqueur matures for another three months in larger storage barrels with a capacity of ten tons. The storage barrels are also made of Strandzha oak and give the cuvée a balanced, particularly harmonious taste.

When bottled, Pliska coffee liqueur reveals a rich, light brown color with golden edge reflections. The fine drop flatters the nose with seductive chords of freshly ground coffee beans. Delicate nuances of vanilla complement the beguiling aroma composition. On the tongue, the liqueur unfolds a warm, wonderfully balanced taste with light hints of spicy oak and fragrant vanilla. The chords of vanilla, together with the coffee notes, are also clearly perceptible in the long-lasting finish.
