Tasting Notes:
In the glass, the wine presents a bright ruby color with intense nuances. Yaldjika Cabernet Sauvignon ignites a lush firework of aromas with hints of red and black fruits, dark berries, balsamic and black cherries. Its medium body shows lively delicate acidity, with light spicy tobacco notes and round, ripe tannins with expressive length. A delightful red wine, fresh and balanced. It is excellent with grilled dishes, red meats, mushrooms, grilled vegetables, spicy or strong cheeses or solo.

Region:
The Thracian Plain is part of the large southern Bulgarian wine region. It is well protected from cold winds north of the Balkan Mountains and further from the south central part of the Rhodopes.

Temperate with over 3,000 hours of sunshine during the year and over 110 clear days. Hot, dry summers with warm nights. Soft and warm winters without spring frosts. Sandy-loamy and calcareous soils.
