Product description

Grape variety: 100% Merlot

Tasting Notes:
Wine with ruby color, with characteristic complex aroma with notes of cherry, vanilla and chocolate, which delicately merge into a harmonious body with noticeable finish. Delicate, harmonious body with an unforgettable finish. Pairs well with red meats and soft cheeses.

Climate and soil:
Moderate continental climate with several sunny days a year. The climate, the relief and the soil mannig offer very good opportunities for viticulture and winemaking, especially suitable for growing red grapes.

Vinification:
The grapes come from our own vines. Cold maceration of the grape pulp for 4 days at a temperature of 12-14 C. After maceration heating to 24 C and cultivation of pure culture wine yeast. Fermentation under temperature control and control of relative density. Lactofermentation at 18-20 C. Aging in French and American wine barrels 225 l from 3 to 6 months. Levelling, stabilization and storage.
